CONTRATO DE SERVICIOS Y CONSTRUCCIÓN
DESCRIPCIÓN Y ALCANCE DEL TRABAJO:
Wall Crack Repairs: Inspection and thorough preparation of affected wall areas. Grooving and cleaning of cracks to ensure optimal compound adhesion. Application of specialized compound/mortar sealant and installation of reinforcing mesh tape to prevent future cracking. Sanding and precision smoothing of the surface, leaving it clean and ready for future painting. Shed Water Leak Repair: Identification and assessment of the active water leak source in the exterior shed. Surface cleaning, preparation, and application of a high-durability waterproof sealant (exterior/roof grade). Quality inspection to ensure the repaired area is completely watertight. Cleanup: Complete removal of work-related debris and general cleaning of work areas upon completion.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES:
1. Alcance del Trabajo: JR Masonry LLC ejecutará el trabajo descrito utilizando materiales de calidad comercial. Cualquier trabajo adicional requerirá una orden de cambio por escrito.
2. Estructura de Pago: Se requiere un depósito inicial al firmar o iniciar y el saldo restante al finalizar los trabajos a satisfacción.
3. Imprevistos Subterráneos: El costo no incluye remoción de rocas masivas, raíces no visibles o tuberías no marcadas por Miss Utility.
4. Garantía y Licencia: Trabajos respaldados por la licencia MHIC #166463. Garantía de 1 año en mano de obra (excluye desgaste natural o asentamientos del suelo).
5. Cancelación: El cliente tiene derecho a cancelar este contrato dentro de los 3 días hábiles posteriores a la firma (normativa MHIC).
