SCOPE OF WORK & DESCRIPTION:
Wall Crack Repairs: Inspection and thorough preparation of affected wall areas. Grooving and cleaning of cracks to ensure optimal compound adhesion. Application of specialized compound/mortar sealant and installation of reinforcing mesh tape to prevent future cracking. Sanding and precision smoothing of the surface, leaving it clean and ready for future painting. Shed Water Leak Repair: Identification and assessment of the active water leak source in the exterior shed. Surface cleaning, preparation, and application of a high-durability waterproof sealant (exterior/roof grade). Quality inspection to ensure the repaired area is completely watertight. Cleanup: Complete removal of work-related debris and general cleaning of work areas upon completion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Scope of Work: JR Masonry LLC will perform the work described using commercial-quality materials. Any additional work will require a written change order.
2. Payment Terms: An initial deposit is required upon signing/start, with the remaining balance due upon satisfactory completion of work.
3. Subsurface Conditions: Price does not include removal of massive rocks, hidden roots, or underground utility lines not marked by Miss Utility.
4. Warranty & License: Work backed by MHIC License #166463. 1-year warranty on workmanship (excludes natural wear or soil settlement).
5. Cancellation: The client has the legal right to cancel this contract within 3 business days of signing (per MHIC regulations).
